Greetings Linwood Families,
As we wait for direction from the Board regarding the next 2 weeks we would like to move forward with distributing Chromebooks for online learning. Here are the steps to take:
- Device Requests
- Please fill out this Google Form to request a device. Please complete one form for each child request. Also please note that we do not have enough devices for one to one ratios and will do our best to accommodate all requests. Please do not contact your child’s Teacher to request a device.
- Device Pick Up
- Please see below for the timeslot you can pick up your child’s device. Please note that all devices allocated to families with multiple children will be picked up at the same time. Timeslots are by last names. If you are not able to make your timeslot please contact the school to arrange an alternate time.
- Tuesday, Jan 4
- 1pm to 3pm – families will be called directly
- Wednesday, Jan 5
- 9am to 10am – A to Bauman (with first names A to M of oldest child)
- 10am to 11am – Bauman (with first names N to Z of oldest child)
- 11am to 12pm – Be to Ha
- 12pm to 1pm – He to L
- 1pm to 2pm – M to Martin (with first names A to M of oldest child)
- 2pm to 3pm – Martin (with first names N to Z of oldest child) to My
- 3pm to 4pm – N to Z
- To speed up the pick up process please complete this Device Agreement Form form and bring the second page with you to pick up your child’s device. You will need one for EACH child.

Please stick to your pick up time and be patient as we work through this process. Please dress for the weather as there is likely to be a line-up. Masks are mandatory for this pick up process. Please complete the COVID screener before attending.
